If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund. TheMultiShop.com LLC will ship the replaced package back to you with no charge! We will handle all the necessary shipping fees (from TheMultiShop.com LLC back to you). How to repair a product? TheMultiShop.com LLC will repair your item/items if there is ever a problem with it and if the item is covered under warranty. A repairing fee might apply depending upon the reason and condition of the damaged item. When the package is received by our office, we will examine the item, identify the problem, and send the package on its way for repair. Import Tax, VAT, Duties...Your item will be shipped to you from our offices either from Hong Kong, China, Mauritius or the United States. The item may be subjected to custom tax/import fees etc. when it enters your country. By buying internationally, you are considered an importer. Therefore, it is your responsibility to pay all of these fees.
